Stevens made their neat little .22 caliber miniature rolling block boy’s rifle, the “Little Scout” No. 14 ½, in the 1911-1941 period.  This specimen has most of the color case hardening on its receiver, while the bluing on the barrel has taken a brownish patina.  The wood is solid and intact, although it has been given a coat of varnish.  The bore is mirror bright and the action opens and closes properly.  The extractor is in place but it does not work because the mechanism mounted in the receiver that moves it back when the action opens is missing.  The gun has no serial number.  FFL required.
