Snub-nose style pistol with 2-1/4" barrel.  Heavily nickel plated barrel and frame.  clean bore with strong rifling.  Cylinder opens by pulling forward on the ejector rod and then swinging the cylinder out to the left.  Has the star ejector.  Nickel plating in nice shape and condition with only some light scratches and a tiny ding here or there.  Double action is tight and strong.  Left side of frame is marked Kimel Industries Matthews, NC within a circle, with Mod. 5000 withing the center of the circle.  Ivory colored plastic grip that is attached to the frame much in the same fashion as a Wesson pistol with a screw up through the bottom of the grip and into the frame.
